Tough Shelters is a 100% New Zealand-owned and operated family business, co-owned by Peter and Sylvia Jex-Blake, along with their daughter Gemma and her husband Andrew Dick. Peter and Sylvia have an extensive farming and commercial background, Gemma’s background is in logistics and Andrew’s a former quantity surveyor.
So, it’s fair to say we bring a diverse skill set to Tough Shelters enabling us to provide exceptional products and an unmatched service to you.
Operating out of Paengaroa and Whakatane in the Bay of Plenty, we deliver and install nationwide. We work with just one very trusted and reputable shelter supplier with more than 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and selling all kinds of shelters, each which have been well tested and recognised worldwide because of their first class quality, reasonable price and wide application.
